Terms and Conditions

Caring for our customers and willing to ensure that the shopping experience at www.ameri.lv is enjoyable, please, read carefully the Terms and Conditions.

The owner of the website is Ameri Ltd., Reg. No: 40003811840, address: 32B Rupniecibas Str. Riga LV 1045, Latvia.

Once you have confirmed your order, a distance agreement is entered into. When we receive your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. Terms and Conditions apply to all distant contracts you enter into with Ameri Ltd. (hereafter www.ameri.lv “us” or “we”) and Buyer (further on Customer or you), who is making a purchase (further on “goods” or “order”)

By placing an order, you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and security

We care for the privacy and security of our Customers. Your personal information will only be collected and used to process your order. It will be kept safe and stored according to the personal data protection law. Ameri will not pass this information to any third parties. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology to ensure maximum safety of online shopping. When you create your password which is needed for your account at www.ameri.lv, it is your responsibility to keep it confidential and not to share it with other persons.

Updates of services and prices

www.ameri.lv will be updating information about services, products, collections, and prices. It will include occasional sales. The Customer is responsible to check the current relevant information before making a purchase.

Accuracy of Customer data.

Customer is fully responsible that the billing and contact information submitted to www.ameri.lv is full and correct. It may happen that we may try to reach you by e-mail or by phone to clarify or agree on some details of your order. In case if a Customer cannot be reached or does not respond to the e-mail, we keep the right to put off the order till the moment when we get our requested response.

Pricing policy

All prices on www.ameri.lv are in euros and include VAT. VAT is calculated depending on the country where the goods are being shipped to.

Product colors

We use professional photo services and pictures on our website reflect very high accuracy of colors and are displayed properly on majority of devices. However, we cannot take responsibility on how various monitors are calibrated, therefore it may happen that on some monitors colors may look slightly different.

Ordering and Payment

After you chose the items you would like to buy and process the payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Currently we accept bank transfers. After you submit the order, you will receive an invoice. Within 1 month we will start accepting payments by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express. After the payment is done, we start preparing the order for shipping. In case if for any reason some yarn or color would be out of stock, we would contact you right away and agree upon longer time of delivery or cancellation of the order and return of payment.

E-mail Subscriptions

If you have subscribed for our newsletter, from time to time you might be receiving some e-mails from us, informing about new arrivals or sales. We keep your e-mail address safe and will not share it with the third parties. If you wish to unsubscribe, please, click the respective link in the e-mail.

Changes to the Order

After the payment is submitted, no changes to the order can be made, because we create items for each customer indivudually. However, if you are unsure about the order you have placed, please, contact us as soon as possible, because in some cases the changes can be applied within 24 or 48 hours after the purchase is done.

Policy changes

From time to time Ameri may update any information that is on the site, this includes Terms and Conditions. Any changes that take place will be posted here at www.ameri.lv . Whenever you visit and make purchases on our website you agree to accept any changes made to these Terms.

Deliveries

We cooperate with Latvian Post. In most cases your order will be shipped out within 3 business days after the payment is submitted. However, in some cases we will need around 5 days to produce the ordered goods. Deliveries around Europe usually take around 5-7 business days and outside Europe around 10-15 business days.

If you want your purchase to be delivered sooner, please, let us know by email: info@ameri.lv and we will agree on delivery with UPS courier service.

Product returns

We do our best to make our customers feel satisfied. If for some reason you want to return your order, it has to be done within 14 days after you have received the product. Please, note that you can try the goods only as much as it can be done in a fitting room of an ordinary store. The goods is not supposed to be used, washed or damaged. We only accept the goods that are neat, clean, with original packaging and tags.

In such case you would receive by e-mail “Returns form”. A filled copy we would expect to: info@ameri.lv; and the original should be sent by mail to: AMERI Ltd. 32B Rupniecibas Str., Riga LV 1045, Latvia, together with the goods to be returned. Customer covers return shipping. Money will be returned to the same account it was received from within 10 business days after we receive the product in our office. Please, use a trusted mail or courier service for product returns that allows to trace the parcel. Also, please, make sure you keep the mail or courrier receipt to ensure that the return process can be controlled.

The cases of returns are very rare. And if it happens, we will follow and help you throughout the process.
